Monday: Greek Grain Salad wth Grilled Chicken - Fresh marinated Ashley Farm’s chicken breast grilled and served over a five grain salad with roasted grape tomatoes,cucumbers, kalamata olives and feta cheese. Served over mixed greens with a tangy vinaigrette.
Tuesday: Chicken Marsala: Sautéed fresh Ashley Farm’s chicken breast with mushrooms and Marsala wine sauce. Served with scalloped potatoes.
Wednesday:Flat Iron Steak Fajita Bowl: Fresh Southern Natural flat iron steak in a house made lime marinade. Seared and served with seasoned black beans, rice, and sautéed peppers and onions.
Thursday: Herb Grilled Pork Tenderloin: Fresh Southern Natural Farm’s pork tenderloin marinated in fresh herbs and grilled. Served with lemon asparagus and mashed potatoes.
Friday: Stuffed Manicotti: Fresh stuffed manicotti pasta shells with your choice of spinach and cheese, sausage and cheese or plain cheese. Topped with mozzarella in a house made cream sauce
