WEEKLY DINNER SPECIALS 

Entrees:
 
Salad of the week: Citrus Beet Salad-  Mixed greens, steamed golden and red beets, care cara oranges slices, feta cheese, and pistachios served with citrus vinaigrette. Available with/without grilled chicken, salmon, or tofu. Available Tuesday-Saturday

Soup of the week: Broccoli Cheddar Soup- Chopped broccoli and carrot simmered in an Ashe County cheddar cheese sauce.     Available Tuesday-Saturday

Monday: Pesto Chicken and Rice: Fresh baked Springer Mountain Farm's chicken breast topped with house-made pesto, fresh tomato slices, and mozzarella cheese. Served over spinach pesto rice. 
Beef Burrito Casserole: Fresh Southern Natural beef and rice in a cheesy house-made salsa sauce.

Tuesday: Herb Grilled Chicken: Fresh Springer Mountain Farm’s chicken breast marinated in fresh herbs and grilled. Served over Summer Orzo with asparagus, grape tomatoes, pine nuts and cherries.
Shepherd’s Pie: Fresh ground beef with corn and peas in rosemary gravy topped with homemade mashed potatoes.  Vegetarian version available. Pre-order is recommended. 


Wednesday: Beef Bourguignon: Fresh Southern Natural beef tips braised in a red wine, rosemary, and mushroom sauce. Served over creamy Shelton Farm’s cheese grits.
Baked Chicken: Lightly breaded Springer Mountain Farm’s chicken breast baked and served with mashed potatoes and green beans. Roasted cauliflower may be substituted for mashed potatoes.

Thursday:  Lemon Pasta with Chicken & Asparagus: Fresh Springer Mountain Farm’s chicken breast in a creamy lemon sauce with asparagus and penne pasta.Gluten Free pasta available. 
Stuffed Peppers: Fresh peppers stuffed with local sausage and ground beef. Topped with homemade tomato sauce. Vegetarian version available

Friday:  Chili Day -Choice of Beef, Chicken, or Veggie-
Beef- Fresh Southern Natural beef and kidney beans slow-cooked in a smoky chili sauce
Veggie- Roasted veggies and mixed beans in a rich tomato sauce.
Chicken- Fresh Springer Mountain Farm's chicken simmered with white beans and veggies.
Served with corn muffins
Spaghetti & Meatballs: Homemade Italian-style meatballs prepared with local Southern Natural grass-fed beef and served over spaghetti with marinara sauce. Gluten Free pasta available. Pre-order recommended for gluten-free option.

*All dinner specials are prepared fresh daily. They are usually ready by 3:00p.m.. at the Rocky Hill location and at 5:00 p.m. at Choto. Please call or email to reserve as quantities are limited.
