Tuesday: Stuffed Peppers: Fresh green peppers stuffed with local sausage and ground beef. Topped with homemade tomato sauce.
Wednesday: Lemon Pasta with Chicken & Asparagus: Fresh Ashley Farm’s chicken breast in a creamy lemon sauce with asparagus and penne pasta.
Thursday: Shepherd's Pie: Fresh Southern Natural beef with corn, carrots, and peas in a rosemary gravy topped with homemade mashed potatoes. Vegetarian version available. Lentils substituted for ground beef. Pre-order recommended
Friday: Chicken Marsala: Sautéed fresh Ashley Farm’s chicken breast with mushrooms and Marsala wine sauce. Served with scalloped potatoes.
